Electrolux expands John Lewis team with Ambience Field Marketing

Electrolux, the manufacturer responsible for its own brand as well as AEG, Zanussi and John Lewis’ own brand of large electrical appliances has called upon Ambience Field Marketing to handle a team of 9 brand ambassadors to promote its products in store to consumers across the John Lewis estate.

Ambience now takes full responsibility for the team of 6 full and 3 part time brand ambassadors and will train, motivate, manage and monitor the team. 3 of the team were transferred to Ambience following a TUPE contract handover.

The team, which has already been in operation for a few months, has been able to enjoy good sales figures and bonuses since the contract award.

The team underwent a 2 week intensive training before hitting the stores in order to cover four key product areas for the brand owner – dish care, laundry, cooling and cooking.

Coverage is national with stores including London, Bristol, Cardiff, Sheffield, Nottingham, High Wycombe, Reading, Edinburgh and Southampton being covered by the team.
