Freeman enjoys strong start to new fiscal year

freeman-xp-easFreeman has strengthened its creative team, will be delivering a number of first-class events for clients, and has secured contract renewals with event organisers in EMEA during the first three months of its fiscal new year.

The business has enhanced its creative capabilities with the appointment of two new team members, both of whom will play an important role in the conception of innovative brand experiences for clients.

Richard Cattier joins as senior 3D designer, heading up the corporate stand design team, and Mark Bartram has been appointed as senior 3D designer, leading the exhibition design team. Both bring a wealth of event and exhibition industry experience to the business.

Freeman has worked as the official full service provider on an assortment of high profile events across the EMEA region in recent months, including fashion trade show Moda, 100% Design – the UK’s largest design trade show, and the Euro Attractions Show (EAS), which took place last week in Barcelona.

The company secured a multi-year contract with EAS organisers, the International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions (IAAPA) in April. Freeman has also announced a number of multi-year contract renewals, with clients including ITE, Clarion Events, Escape Events, Immediate Media and Future Publishing.

These include work with Clarion to deliver a portfolio comprising more than 40 shows; meanwhile the team will once again work with Immediate Media on its Who Do You Think You Are? Live show. Escape Events has awarded Freeman a contract renewal for its entire portfolio of 2016 events, and Future Publishing has selected Freeman to deliver its The Photography Show and PC Gamer Weekender events in a multi-year contract extension.

Jackie Brown, director of client solutions at Freeman said: “The fact that our customers have chosen to renew these contracts is the greatest endorsement of all. It is testament to the valued partnership we have and our hardworking teams who are incredibly passionate about their clients’ shows, and delivering awe-inspiring events that drive results.”

Tez Patel, creative director at Freeman added: “Freeman’s creative offering forms a fundamental part of the company’s overall service proposition. Richard and Mark are important additions to the creative department, and they’re already delivering innovative concepts and ideas in support of the busy start we’ve had to the new financial year.”
