Rum Ambassador heads from Antarctica on continuing global tour

Ian Burrell, a self-styled Global Rum Ambassador has been making waves for rum whilst securing a new sponsor for his Rum Experience. Burrell has been pulling off rum stunts and events around the globe in locations as diverse as Hong Kong and Antarctica.

Founder and Director of The Rum Experience & UK RumFest, and owner of Cottons Camden Rhum Shack & Restaurant, Ian Burrell has announced that Coco Re’al, the popular brand of coconut puree and essential cocktail ingredient, has been confirmed as the headline sponsor of his ongoing 777 World Tour.

The World Tour’s last stop featured at the inaugural launch of the Hong Kong RumFest last month.

Having recently made headlines and broken records by building the world’s first pop-up Rumshack in Antarctica on stage one of the world tour, Ian, with the support of Coco Re’al, will to continue create seven brand new cocktails, across all seven continents during this seven month world tour, stopping in on the biggest and best Rum events.

In each of the seven continents, Ian will build the Coco Re’al Rumshack and create a brand new cocktail for rum fans to enjoy for the very first time.

The news of Coco Re’al’s sponsorship of the 777 World Tour comes just days before the official launch of the UK RumFest.
