Teletrack adds Staff Self Booking and Voice Transcription features

Data capture, analysis and report specialist Teletrack has seen further developments in its service offering including a Staff Self-Booking system and a Voice Transcription service.

The Staff Self-Booking system is sure to be a benefit to field marketing users. It allows staff to view a calendar of forthcoming agency requirements and assign required calls to themselves. The process minimises much of the time that agencies take when checking the availability and willingness of staff. The systems is already in on schemes for accredited merchandisers at 2 of the leading grocery multiples.

Teletrack MD, Alan Walker explains, “The system empowers the staff whilst leaving the agency in control. For staff it means that they select the work that they fancy doing. For the agency, control is maintained as you can manipulate the system in any way you like, making work available on the database to preferred brand ambassadors first, for instance.”

Teletrack’s Staff Self Booking system allows the agency to put the job out to any number of brand ambassadors using any pre-selection criteria. The job can go out to any scale of staff database. When a brand ambassador signs up for a call it is automatically assigned and taken off the available list.

Staff Self Booking is one of a raft of new services that have been developed by Teletrack. Teletrack’s versatile system has seen it deliver for several different types of marketing agency and in response to one client it has also added Voice Transcription. Voice Transcription not only records voice interaction, but analyses it and transcripts it into bullet points – giving a brand further insight into reactions to a product, service, promotion or campaign.
