Troxy moves to serve short lead time trend with a new rate card

East London events venue Troxy has reacted to the emerging trend of short lead bookings and revealed a new rate card exclusively for enquiries within a two-week lead time.

This makes any available space of the art deco venue accessible at a competitive rate, subject to terms and conditions. This includes the Grand Hall on the ground floor, which is ideal for large scale conferences, awards, productions and filming, with a 14.5m ceiling height, 1100m² of pillar free floor space, configurable stage which can host multiple set ups and extensive in-house audio, visual and lighting.

As one of London’s largest and few remaining independent venues the forward-thinking management team have been able to identify this trend and act quickly to put a solution in place.

Tom Sutton-Roberts, MD at Troxy explains:

“One current trend that we are observing is that the industry is operating on shorter lead times across the board, not just for the smaller events. Award celebrations, conferences and immersive brand activations for numbers of upwards of 1000 would previously have been booked as much as a year in advance, now we are seeing bookings within a month of the preferred date.

“We wanted to be responsive to this trend and offer organisers, production companies and agencies any available dates that we have within two weeks at a competitive rate. This is making our spaces that would otherwise not have been in use more accessible to organisers, a win-win for everyone.”

Troxy is the largest of London’s few remaining independent venues and is continually evolving to elevate the experience for event organisers and guests. The last two years has included a significant refurbishment to increase production values and a refreshed approved supplier initiatives to meet self-imposed sustainability targets.
