GOLD Elevate Global – Cannes Lions Festival
Elevate showed its recruitment process to be agile, versatile and inclusive when producing staff for not one or two but three of the major social media companies at Cannes Lions Festival, a supremely important event for the brands, Pinterest, Meta and Tik Tok. In so doing they combined forces with agencies Amplify and Jack Morton Worldwide.
The entry showed how Elevate in France had been put under scrutiny by their clients when selecting carefully tailored teams.
The bi-lingual teams were recruited from across France in order to meet the DE&I requirements and then the entry detailed the bespoke training programmes they underwent.
Additionally, both Pinterest and Tik Tok accessed Elevate’s data collection process, Impact, helping the teams to better connect, to understand and to report back on their return on engagement.
A video supplied with the entry showed how Julie Reed, MD, Elevate France is focussed on quality staffing with future growth in mind for the agency.
The France team will build upon the reputation, anticipating events at next Summer’s Paris Olympics.
SILVER Fizz Experience – Costco
Simultaneous operation of perfume and jewellery gift stations in all 29 Costco depots is a seasonal challenge in the six weeks to Christmas that demands the very best of the Fizz WDS team.
The entry outlined the brand ambassador requirements, but it also showed the input of personnel in management, safety, operations and logistics.
The team get involved with everything from drawing the planograms through to monitoring for theft.
The overarching power of the team is measured by sales. The gifting season has grown under the influence of the Fizz/ WDS team with 2022 (the year entered) seeing a revenue uptick vs 2021.
SILVER N2O – Superdrug
This silver award indicates how N2O’s influencer team N2Ocial is a full march ahead of its nearest rivals. At the moment there is no other team seen at FMBE that is so focussed on delivering effective results.
Superdrug has shown strong support for N2Ocial’s continual trend-led influencer programme for its Studio London products, which tallied the brand’s ambitions to the season’s festival look.
The dual objectives of sales and Tik Tok followers have been delivered by the team.
