Touchwood welcomes Foot Locker

Lend Lease Retail Partnership (LLRP), a fund managed by Lendlease, has announced that leading global athletic footwear and apparel retailer, Foot Locker, has signed for a new unit on Jubilee Walk within Touchwood shopping centre, Solihull.
Set to open later this month, the 3,000 sq ft unit will offer the American brand’s latest and greatest selection of athletically inspired shoes for sneaker aficionados of all ages; as well as footwear and clothing collections from top brands including adidas, Converse and Nike.
Established in 1974, the company’s purpose is to inspire and empower youth culture around the world, by fueling a shared passion for self-expression and creating unrivaled experiences at the heart of the sport and sneaker communities.
Guy Thomas, Head of Retail at Lendlease commented on the signing: “As one of the key global players in the sportswear sector, and at the forefront of trainer culture, Foot Locker is set to be a strong addition to the footwear line-up at Touchwood. Foot Locker will strengthen the urban retail mix within the centre, and we look forward to welcoming the sports brand in November.”
The announcement follows the recent opening of authentic jerk and Jamaican fried chicken concept, Jamaya, located in the Upper Jubilee space of Touchwood Shopping Centre, Solihull.
