Thomas Cook Group Airline has appointed Leo Burnett Germany as its lead creative brand agency following a competitive pitch with four other agencies, including former lead agency, Jung von Matt/Spree.
A new brand campaign, ‘Hello Holiday’ will support January peaks for the Group Airline.
Leo Burnett will manage B2C and B2B campaigns for Condor in the German market and Thomas Cook Airlines in the UK. Furthermore, Leo Burnett Germany will lead brand communications strategy and creative, with implementation and adaptation in the UK and worldwide.

The campaign, named ‘Hello Holiday’, showcases the happiness experienced when going on holiday. The creative encapsulates special moments, places and experiences from holidays, and is visually expressed through an emotive and authentic instagram photography-style, with a simple, concise headline, centered on the word, ‘Hello’, which is embedded within the visual.
Further iterations of the Hello Holiday campaign will follow throughout 2019.
In the UK, Hello Holiday has just launched for January 2019 with digital, OOH, print and radio. In Germany it will launch on January 14th with TV, radio, digital and OOH.
