Three years ago we were approached by Tebays print and events agency to assist them in forming a nationwide team of premium brand ambassadors to support their partnership with Maserati.

The brief was to create a team that would complement and maximise the impact of Maserati’s new range of cars on display at events across the UK and Europe. The team needed to reflect the qualities of this iconic automotive brand as well as help build a new consumer base for the next generation of vehicles.

The team would have to immerse themselves in the history of the brand, the microscopic detail of the vehicles and reflect the passion of Maserati’s sports heritage – a team who would create a lasting impression and become true brand specialists.

After weeks of recruitment, interviews, training and test driving a core team was assembled with each qualifying team member chosen on their dedication, integrity and depth of knowledge of the brand.

At iMP we have supported Maserati and Tebays’ investment in our unique team by including senior members of the company in training and investing our time to help develop the relationship further.

Since the formation, our team of brand specialists have introduced thousands of consumers to the new Maserati models and the core values of the brand itself. Working alongside above the line campaigns our brand specialists have driven genuine sales and created levels of awareness beyond initial expectations.
