FreemanXP strengthens client services team with three new hires

Freeman, the leading global provider of brand experiences, has expanded its Client Services team at FreemanXP in EMEA. Leanne Ash joins as senior client services manager, Caroline Duck comes onboard as client services manager, and Laura Howell has been appointed to the role of client services coordinator.
Ash brings more than 15 years’ experience to the agency, where she has managed and delivered both internal and external events for clients in the technology, automotive, aviation, finance and fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) sectors. Prior to FreemanXP, Ash worked at Westfield UK, where she project managed everything from fashion shows to PR stunts and music events. Ash has also worked at agencies including Pulse Group, Momentum UK, Pretty Green and iD Experiential.
Duck was most recently employed as creative producer at independent production house SLX, and worked as an account manager prior to that. She has worked on events including private dinners, conferences, exhibitions and immersive experiences, and brings industry experience ranging from creative to production to the role.
Howell joins from Imagination, where she worked for five years. She offers a strong background in the logistics side of events, and is equally passionate about the production aspect of the industry. In previous roles she has been responsible for the logistical pre- planning and on-site management of global projects including product launches, media and VIP events, as well as international drive programmes for renowned automotive brands.
The new hires will report in to Pip Fann, Director of Client Services at FreemanXP in EMEA. They will play an important role in supporting the agency’s clients, helping to ensure their needs are met throughout the entire brand experience cycle, from strategy and
creative conception to delivery, and beyond.
