Maille set to prove that there is such a thing as a free Drunch

Wellington Market Company, which operates Old Spitalfields Market for Ballymore, has signed a contract with PR agency Kaper that will see the Maille Boutique return to Old Spitalfields Market for a two week period in March 2013.

From the 15th – 24th March 2013 Maillle will be launching ‘Le Drunch’ at the exclusive Maille Boutique in Old Spitalfields Market. Le Drunch is an emerging dining trend which has been adopted by fashionable, food-loving Parisians as the perfect way to enjoy a laid-back, leisurely afternoon. Maille is bringing the Le Drunch foodie culture to visitors to the market with an artisan mustard boutique.

Visitors will be able to sample some delicious Le Drunch dishes created by one of London and Paris’ renowned chefs, Hélène Darroze, and to shop for limited edition Maille mustards.

Kaper signed up Old Spitalfields Market for the pop up concept following the success of the boutique Pop Up in 2011, which proved to be an instant hit for top chefs, bloggers and visitors alike. Chris McCafferty, Founder of Kaper, said: “We are delighted to be returning to Old Spitalfields Market as it is the perfect location for our Maille Boutique. The market reflects the premium values of Maille, and with its bustling atmosphere and fast-growing reputation as a foodie destination, it’s the ideal setting for us to showcase Maille’s range of mustards, sauces and condiments.”

Premium French mustard brand Maille is offering people the chance to book a table and try Le Drunch for free over both weekends. To find out more and to book a free Drunch-time sitting, visit maille.co.uk
