TAAP’s ToughTab digital forms Microsoft Azure app available through Windows Store

TAAP’s ToughTab digital forms demo app is now available for download from the Windows Store. Also directly accessible from the ‘start’ menu of the recently released Linx ToughTab 8” rugged Windows 10 tablet, the app allows access to a wealth of sample digital forms designed to eliminate paperwork for organisations.
Including digital forms such as: Property Check, Daily Vehicle Check, Sales Order, Estimate, EPOD – proof of delivery, Accident Form, Produce Check, Expense Form, and Vehicle Inspection, the app introduces users to the ease of collecting rich data such as photos, signatures, and direct annotation, as well as traditional text-based information, within a pre-defined form. Organisations requiring a complete job management system can also be provided with a web portal hosting all their data, running on Microsoft Azure, or integration with their existing back-office databases.
As an extension to TAAP’s specific ‘Estimates’ digital forms app – also available from the Windows Store – there is now a Microsoft Office 365 Add-In, which enables users to send structured work order data directly from Microsoft Outlook using TAAP Forms.
