Doner London bolsters senior team with four new hires

Full service creative agency, Doner London, has announced a raft of new hires following the recent success of its multi-million euro global campaign for Italian footwear brand Geox. Joining the team are: Lucy Solomon, client services director; Charlie Rowe, head of design; Davinia Ballin, business director and Caroline Gorge, Planner.
Joining Doner London from McCann London, Lucy Solomon brings with her over 13 years’ experience in account management. Lucy will be responsible for all account leads at the agency including, Geox, Wiltshire Farm Foods and FCA. Having worked at a raft of major global agencies such as BBH, Grey and McCann, Solomon has been responsible for the success of many award-winning brands such as L’Oreal, P&G, GSK, Morgan Stanley and Johnnie Walker and led a number of successful integrated campaigns.
Previously design director at Splendid Communications Group, Charlie Rowe will manage the design execution and brings with him multi-channel experience and an ethos for strategically led ideas. With over 14 years’ experience in channel agnostic design he has worked for a range of agencies working with global brands such as Sky, Coca Cola and Jack Daniel’s. He will report into Executive Creative Director Logan Wilmont.
Davinia Ballin brings her deep expertise in strategy, creative and technology to solve business and communication challenges. Her primary account will be FCA Europe. Ballin is well versed in strategic decision-making and data analysis that has helped to change and grow brands such as Lovefilm, The Times and Talk Talk. Formerly at Stack, Ballin has worked with a number of brands including Citroen, Clinique and Ernest Jones.
Previously at Grey, Caroline Gorge will work with Doner’s existing clients such as FCA Europe and Geox. Gorge has been instrumental in award-winning campaign strategy for Lego and led the French Pfizer account. She will bring strategic expertise to the agency having worked with household brands including Gillette and HSBC.
