Jill Spencer appointed Director at React Surveys

React Surveys has appointed Jill Spencer as a director for its mystery shopping services to UK and Global retailers, entertainment venues and other sectors. She is also Vice President of the European chapter of the MSPA (Mystery Shopping Providers Association), which recently awarded Elite Membership to React Surveys, the first service provider to achieve this status in the UK.

Earlier in 2016 Jill Spencer was elected to the Global Advisory Committee of the MSPA, which has over 450 members worldwide, in North America, Europe, Asia/Pacific and Latin America. She will be a speaker at the MSPA 2016 conference in Malta, on 26th May 2016.

Jill has delivered mystery shopping services to clients at a senior level since 2000. Previously she worked for major retailers, advising them how to optimise customers’ in-store service experience.
