Orangina shakes things up with Shake La Vie event

This summer Orangina will be shaking up Jewel bar in London’s Piccadilly Circus as it launches ‘Shake la Vie’, an event and promotional campaign, which will run in bar and food outlets nationwide.
The event, which marks the exclusivity of Orangina’s iconic bulby 250ml bottle to the on trade, will take place over a three-day period and will begin on 27th July with an exclusive night for VIPs. The event will be attended by members of the public on nights two and three. Activity will include entertainment, games and fun… all determined through the shake of a dice.
Attendees will be asked to shake a die to determine which of the very different rooms they will enter first. It could be the stylish Boutique, where they will enjoy a performance by Whinnie Williams. Or they may be directed to Blanca Bar – a ‘beach chic’ bar where they will be entertained by a unique act. Meanwhile in the Ruby Room a high energy DJ will be performing.
The three-day event will mark the launch of Orangina’s ‘Shake la Vie’ activity, a nationwide bar promotion, which has been specifically designed to help bars to boost their sales. The activity aims to offer customers a memorable experience, whether it’s enjoying new Orangina drinks, created by mixologists, or winning prizes to shake up the night.
Customers will be asked to share their experience on Facebook, automatically promoting the bar where they are drinking.
The nationwide bar promotion will be backed by a high profile brand awareness campaign which includes TV, social media and outdoor advertising.
Roxana Parvizi, senior brand manager for Orangina said: “We are really excited about the ‘Shake la Vie’ event at Jewel Bar this summer. In the heart of London’s West End, we will be treating VIPs and members of the public to a truly unforgettable experience and some of the UK’s best upcoming acts. The event will allow our guests to try Orangina in lots of different ways too – whether it’s over ice or in one of our delicious Orangina cocktails and mocktails.”
