Encona and Grace Foods bring Caribbean Food Week Festival to Southbank

Bringing a taste of the Caribbean to the streets of London, the annual Caribbean Food Week Festival will be held on the 24^th and 25^th August in celebration of Caribbean Food Week 2018.

Taking to London Southbank, Bernie Spain Gardens, the event will bring Caribbean culture to life through live cookery demonstrations, authentic street food and market stalls and live music to complete the vibe.

Jack Hillaby, brand manager at Encona, comments: “We’re seeing Caribbean food going from strength to strength, and no better example of this is at our Caribbean Food Week. We’ve outgrown our old site in Brixton, therefore in 2018 we are moving to a bigger site on the South Bank. By moving to this location, we’re giving more and more people the opportunity to experience Caribbean food. Being a larger site, right in the centre of London, we think we’re really bring Caribbean food to the masses!”
