Aesop Agency and Chefs on Stage deliver culinary Birra Moretti experience

Authentic Italian beer brand Birra Moretti has popped up across London bringing Italian hospitality to the capital with their Pop-up Gourmet Pizza Masterclasses and Pizzeria. Their mission to bring people ‘back to the table’, to sit and enjoy great food and beer just like the Italians do.

Aesop Agency, acting for Birra Moretti, engaged the services of Chefs on Stage who provided ‘turnkey’ facilities for these unique 2 day events held at Potters Fields Park, Tavistock Square and Islington Green. Birra Moretti invited the City’s residents and office workers to experience genuine Italian hospitality during their lunch break and after work at the Moretti Table for a complimentary Pizza Masterclass.

Hosted by renowned Italian chef Giancarlo Caldesi, guests enjoyed a Masterclass illustrating how delicious, authentic Italian pizza is made followed by some time to savour their very own culinary creations with a complimentary sample of Birra Moretti. The free Pizza Masterclasses were booked up fast and proved to be a huge success with the Pop-up Pizzeria equally popular when guests soaked up the atmosphere, purchased a pizza and enjoyed a cool Birra Moretti.

Chefs on Stage provided the ‘complete piazza package’ for each location which included Walu style marquees, picket fencing, pizza ovens, cooking islands, branding, power, generators set-up and managed throughout by their trained professional and skilled team.
