Next retail and Backlash Creative have created the bespoke ‘Happy Go Denim’ Launderette, a place for guests to discover their perfect piece of denim. Denim Experts were on-hand to help shoppers find the perfect style of jeans to fit their shape. Grazia editors  chose their favourite picks from the latest Next items and were on hand to show how to style these with the extensive Next Denim range.

With every purchase of denim jeans from the launderette shoppers could customise their jeans with unique embroidery created for the event including the Manchester Bee.

Next were additionally running a partnership with Goods For Good where shoppers could donate to charity giving old jeans a new lease of life.

The launderette was open from Wednesday 27th February through to Sunday 3rd March at Manchester Arndale.

“Next offers an unrivaled range of denim for consumers and we wanted to showcase this with something that will excite shoppers and make them think differently about denim at Next” said Jessica Guest, assistant events manager at Next.

Aarron Taylor, Design Director at Backlash Creative, comments: “It is fantastic working with a client such as Next who are passionate about bringing highly creative and unexpected experiences to consumers. The ‘Happy Go Denim’ Launderette was about creating a standout space that is fun, inspiring and gives true value to consumers.”
