Grass Roots is ‘Supplier of the Year’ to Center Parcs

Grass Roots, provider of employee and customer engagement solutions, announces that its Customer Engagement centre of excellence has been recognised by client Center Parcs as ‘Best Supplier’ for 2015.

Center Parcs is a short-break holiday company which operates five holiday villages in the UK. The company holds its internal annual supplier awards each October and Grass Roots was nominated by Guest Services colleagues for the ‘voice of customer’ survey work performed monthly. Center Parcs nominate their preferred suppliers each year and votes are then cast, internally, for a shortlist of organisations.

Over 10,000 individual customer feedback responses are recorded by Grass Roots each month, made up of guests who have stayed at a Center Parcs Village or used their Aqua Sana spa . Results are used to generate and track the Center Parcs DES (Delivering Excellent Service) scores, which are central to driving a consistently outstanding customer experience. Further insight, derived via statistical analysis and customer comment interrogation, is delivered by the Grass Roots account team, to add colour, context and focus – and to ensure that the customer experience programme is kept relevant and valuable.

Divisional director of Grass Roots customer engagement, Adam Goran, comments, ‘We were delighted to have been shortlisted out of over 1,700 suppliers to Center Parcs, and absolutely thrilled to achieve ‘Best Supplier’ status at the awards ceremony last week. Grass Roots has a fabulous client list and we value our relationships very highly. Our people are our most important asset and I firmly believe that our partnership approach with clients enables us to deliver the best possible value and first class engagement solutions.’

Clare Seddon, group guest relations manager, Center Parcs, continued, ’Congratulations Grass Roots! The value your team is adding to our guest feedback process is outstanding and your recognition in our supplier awards is richly deserved!’
