Splendid Communications has won ibis, AccorHotel’s economy hotel chain, via a competitive pitch process.
The agency will manage the press office for ibis, ibis Styles and ibis Budget and deliver content creation for the ibis UK social channels.
The team will be helping to generate brand awareness through creative campaigns bringing to life the brand’s positioning as an economy hotel that focuses on differentiation in the customer experience, simplicity, modernity and wellbeing. They will leverage the existing UK hotel network as well as developing communications plans for new openings across all ibis brands.
The Splendid Communications team will be led by Sophie Hayes, PR senior account director and Lucinda Blencowe, digital account director.
