Imagination deliver canon Expo 2015 in Paris

Global creative business, Imagination, will this week deliver Canon EXPO 2015 in Paris, Canon’s flagship event in EMEA highlighting imaging innovation and future technologies.

Filling the entire Grande Halle de la Villette over three days from October 13-15, Imagination’s London-based team will deliver the design, installation and logistics for the 15,000 square metre exhibition.

Bringing Canon’s brand promise “Come and See” to life for 12,500 of Canon’s EMEA key partners and customers, EXPO Paris 2015 follows Imagination’s successful delivery of EXPO 2010 and is part of a long-term relationship with the world-leading imaging solutions company to develop and deliver its experiential event framework.Imagination in Paris with Canon

Guy Stevenson, Imagination’s client services director for Canon, said: “Canon EXPO is a unique event offering a unified view of Canon, capturing the full depth and breadth of the company’s present and future vision, expertise and business strategy. To this end, we have created sixteen individual stories, all led by unique customer experiences, which provide a gateway into a diversity of products, technologies and solutions focused on professional print, photography, health, education, industry, media, retail and, of course, the consumer.”

Canon EXPO Paris 2015 will, for the first time, take full advantage of Imagination’s proprietary technology platform to create an integrated and interactive experience for guests, branded as MyEXPO. Canon will provide each guest will receive an RFID-enabled MyEXPO name badge which will enable guests to have a highly individual experience, collecting more specific product information from 350 points throughout the event and creating a unique portfolio of information to access post EXPO. This on-site experience is further supported by Canon’s bespoke EXPO App, EXPO social media channels and an on-line micro-site for non-attendees.

EXPO facilitates business-to-business interaction and networking through a series of associated events including Keynote Addresses by both Canon Inc. Chairman & CEO Fujio Mitarai and Canon Europe President & CEO Rokus van Iperen.
