Long list of FMCG brands head to Jubilee Festival with Sense

Agency Sense is all set for a busy weekend, 2-3rd June when it will be assisting a number of high profile brands at Sainsbury’s ‘Jubilee Family Festival’ in London’s Hyde Park.

Featuring performances from some of the nation’s best loved music and entertainment performers, the event will take over all of Hyde Park with capacity for 50,000 ticket holders each day. In addition to a specially produced Disney concert marking the finale of every day, visitors will be treated to a full programme of entertainment and activities – from Commonwealth-inspired acts from around the globe to childrens’ TV characters, celebrity performers and death-defying motorcycle displays!

To capitalise on, and further enhance the Jubilee experience for a largely family based audience, specialist experiential agency Sense, has developed engaging activities for a number of FMCG brands present at this event, to activate their partnerships.

There is an impressive list of brands for whom Sense will be activating the partnerships at the event. Here is an overview of which brands are being represented and of how they will be brought to life:

BakingMad.com are hosting baking demonstrations from Master Patissier and Channel 4 Baking Expert Eric Lanlard. Join in the fun decorating your very own cup cake!

Burtons Biscuit Company will encourage people to come and celebrate the Diamond Jubilee in the Cadbury’s Fingers Carnival and are offering the chance to make your very own Finger Puppets to take away for free! While Dodgers will invite families to join in the fun by Monkeying around with the REAL ‘Dodger Monkeys’, in a Dodgers number 1 dance off and get stuck in with characters from the Nation’s favourite Biscuit company.

Colgate – who have been Keeping Britain Smiling for over 100 years, will offer visitors chance to get involved with some great family fun and learn more about their Great British smiles!

Kingsmill will be putting the fun back into lunch by creating a royal sandwich fit for a Queen. Fancy getting royally creative?

Kleenex will be inviting kids to the ‘Krafty Kids Workshop’ to create their own celebration box, and families can also enjoy the Kleenex Balsam Care Spa for relaxation offering HayFever care.

Reckitt Benckiser proudly announce ‘Britain’s Greatest Tournament’ taking place live at the Jubilee Family Festival! The Tournament games comprise a range of interactive, fun and authentic style activities, brought to the event by key brands Dettol, Vanish, Finish, Air Wick and Nurofen. Hosted by themed medieval characters, a focal tournament arena will give visitors the chance to test their agility, accuracy and intellectual prowess.

Truvia will be offering people chance to take a break from all the celebrations and sample their great tasting new calorie free sweetener from the stevia leaf with some juicy British strawberries.

The Woodland Trust will be inviting people to discover a world of woodland and wildlife, follow their nature trail and find out about the Jubilee Woods project.
