To mark their new ‘Made for More’ campaign, Made.com took a mobile diner on tour across Europe, offering customers a chance to win their very own dinner party.

The Made Diner hit the road on the 12th November, starting in the UK. The mission? To gather winners around their new dining tables for memorable shared experiences. Diners will enjoy 5* treatment from their favourite local chefs, including James Cochran of London restaurant 12:51 (pictured), who served up a bespoke zero-waste meal on board the 1950s-style Airstream. Decked out in Made.com’s new autumn dining collection, it feels like a pocket-size kitchen-diner on wheels; a home away from home for those craving a relaxed dinner party atmosphere.

The tour was put together for Made.com by agency Us Experiential.

The giant air-stream Made Diner visited various locations across the UK, France and Belgium over the following 10 days. As well as hosting the consumer competition winners the dining experience also entertained press and influencers in each location and asked consumers to take a picture of the airstream on her travels to be in with a chance to win a £1000 Made.com voucher. Dining locations ranged from winner’s doorsteps to the Eiffel Tower!

Us Experiential’s Lorna Dunn told Fieldmarketing: “The airstream began as a shell and our team transformed her into a beautiful fully working kitchen and gorgeous dining room, all using the Made dining collection.”

As the brand’s new campaign focuses on all the moments enjoyed through dining, the Made Diner is celebrating these across its diverse customer base. Diners were able to personalise their menu and enjoyed an array of thoughtful touches – a full Made for More experience.
Ahead of the tour, Jonny Ng, Brand Marketing Director, Made.com said: “The most memorable dining moments are never about sitting politely at a table. It’s about trying new things and breaking some rules. From dancing on the table at 2am, to sneaking snacks to the furry friend at your feet. We’re always looking to create new experiences that inspire our customers, so we’re excited to be travelling through Europe and helping them upgrade their own dining set up with the Made Diner.”
