Momentum Instore helps Dulux MixLab get started

Momentum Instore, the UK’s leading retail implementation agency, has taken part in the official launch of Dulux MixLab+ at the Violin Factory in central London. The team, chosen ahead of other trained competitors, was tasked with installing and dismantling the new unit for the event which is part of the roll-out of Dulux MixLab+ across the UK.

The MixLab+ unit allows consumers to mix paint to their custom requirements in store.

Rob Gleave, managing director said, “AkzoNobel is one of the biggest names in the business and we were delighted to carry out the project for their exciting new product, the Dulux MixLab+. The venue presented some different challenges compared with our typical working environments, but our team worked professionally to get the job done, much to the satisfaction of the client.”

The Violin Factory venue contains delicate artefacts, soft furnishings, artwork and even statues meaning that Momentum Instore’s team, led by Stephen Brown, had to work with absolute precision to ensure this environment was in no way impacted during the installation and dismantle process.

As the building also has a residential use, the team paid close attention to noise, as well as working around complex access issues. Rob Gleave added, “It has been a great 12 months for Momentum Instore and as we look to grow and expand, our focus remains on delivering bespoke solutions for our clients wherever they may need us.”
