Multi-discipline agency Incahoots launches

Debbie Simmons, founder of The Big Kick, has launched a new integrated agency with her former Big Kick colleague Nicola Rodrigues (formerly known as Nicola Ee).

Incahoots will specialise in brand activation, sales promotion, shopper marketing and experiential campaigns supported by social media platforms. And the independent and privately-owned agency opened its doors with blue-chip clients already on board – Mars Petcare and Heineken.

Nicola will run Incahoots as managing director while Debbie is the agency’s chairman and executive creative director. The pair has more than 40 years of award-winning experience between them – across almost every sector – and first worked together at The Big Kick in 2006. Nicola subsequently left to join The Marketing Store while Debbie sold The Big Kick in 2009 and went on to set up the experiential agency, Goal.

Nicola said: “Debbie and I have worked on dozens of campaigns for some of the world’s largest and most successful brands. Our respective careers have taken us in different directions over the past few years but when it came to launching my own business, there was nobody I’d rather work with than Debbie.”

She explained that Incahoots has a specific remit to create outstanding and engaging activation ideas which drive sales and deliver brand objectives, adding: “We have a totally fresh approach and a fundamental belief in working in partnership with our clients to deliver strategic solutions with creativity and passion. Our team of carefully-selected, talented individuals will be at the heart of our agency and central to our success.”

In addition to its core specialisms, the Incahoots offering will include concept generation, partnership negotiation and management , event management and design and artwork.
