Founded in 1999 and based in Hertfordshire, we have managed campaigns for some of the biggest names on the UK high street. Much of our work has been customer recruitment focused, but the services we offer range from: field sales campaigns, field marketing and the many disciplines that fall under its banner, through to experiential activities where the primary focus is to provide the customer with a memorable and positive brand experience. Sometimes projects are required to crossover all three disciplines.
Starting with a clear understanding of the deliverables we work with clients to build a suitable solution, whether it’s a short term or tactical campaign or if it’s a long term outsourcing project. We manage projects from end to end: from venue or store selection, staff uniforms and point of sale materials, training and field supervision, as well as hands on account management, supported by tailored data solutions and management information reporting and not forgetting compliance and governance.
We have a sizeable database of field-based sales staff and brand ambassadors covering the whole of the UK, which gives clients the ability to scale activity with relative ease.
