Tfconnect announces new survey and a new AEO partnership

tfconnect and AEO are joining forces on a range of initiatives aimed at addressing the talent equation in the events industry.

The tfconnect ‘hrconnect’ group, launched two and a half years ago, has, among other things, partnered with AEO to evolve and develop the AEO salary survey which benchmarks salaries benefits and packages across a range of roles within the organiser sector.

Going forward, the partnership has embarked on a survey to establish the level of industry interest in a whole range of talent issues. Subject matter will range from global salary and employer engagement surveys to benchmarking and comparison of hiring processes, business structures / cultures and development tools, amongst many other topics. tfconnect and AEO will also be looking at big issues such as graduate talent identification, digital talent and training.

tfconnect MD Trevor Foley said “Our clients have been asking for help in a great number of areas around ‘insight’ since we launched our ‘hrconnect’ group in February 2013. This project will unfold under the banner of tfconnect Talent Insight and our partnership with AEO will help us deliver on many levels.”
