Microsoft has appointed communications agency ‘thefield’ as lead agency on its consumer trial for Xbox One, the all in one gaming and entertainment system due to launch on 22nd November.

Bespoke pop-up event spaces and retail activity will take place in London from 25th October until 3rd November and then in Manchester from 18th November through to 27th of November.

These dates were announced on Friday to the gaming community, directing fans to exclusive events by registering online, and enabling them to spend quality time playing the new console and the amazing range of next-generation games.

Xbox One games playable as part of the trial include the next instalment of the highest rated racing franchise from the last ten years, “Forza Motorsport 5”; the brutal and cinematic adventure to save the Roman Empire in “Ryse: Son of Rome”; and the open-world zombie survival experience “Dead Rising 3” – plus many more exciting new titles.
