Badger Ales set to sample and sell via CarFest sponsorship

Badger Ales has announced that it will be the official beer partners to CarFest North and South 2015. Now in its fourth year, the sell-out family festival was launched by Chris Evans in 2012 and brings together incredible cars, live music, handy crafts and fantastic food and drink.
The brewers at Badger have been honing their craft since 1777 and are still continuing to treat beer lovers with their iconic range of British ales. As part of their ‘journey of discovery,’ Badger Ales are hitting the road in 2015 in a rather unique set of wheels; a re-purposed 1980’s Bedford military truck, to give the good people at CarFest the opportunity to sample great Badger beer.
During both events, a selection of Badger’s award-winning beers will be available to sample at the truck and to buy from the event bars around the site.
On the truck, there will be a variety of beers to sample including Badger’s latest brew, Leaping Legend: a light-coloured beer which balances the citrus character of American Amarillo hops with the more traditional British Fuggles, perfect for savouring in the sunshine. Along with Blandford Flyer, a medium-bodied brew with warm ginger notes and a rounded sweetness; a great accompaniment to sweet and savoury dishes.
Head Brewer Toby Heasman said: “We’re over the moon to be CarFest’s official beer partner. We’re bringing along some fantastic beers that will make the perfect accompaniment to a sunshine-filled summer’s day (we hope!) and showcase to CarFest visitors the diversity of Badger beer styles.”
On sale across both weekends will be familiar Badger Ale favourites such as Fursty Ferret and Golden Champion, along with some of the newer beers from the range.
