Ebiquity Plc appoints Emma Winterson Hayward as chief people officer

Ebiquity has announced the appointment of Emma Winterson Hayward as chief people officer.

In her new role, Emma will be responsible for developing and executing Ebiquity’s human resources strategy in support of the company’s overall business plan and strategic direction. She will specifically work in the areas of talent management, diversity, organisational development and change management.

Emma brings a wealth of experience in successfully managing people in diverse cultural environments and across a wide variety of people-focused sectors, including technology, consulting, fintech, financial services, and creative industries.
