Ecrebo, the point of sale marketing specialist, whose clients include some of the UK’s largest retailers including M&S and Waitrose, has announced it has appointed Michael Poyser as chief analytics officer. Poyser brings more than 18 years of experience working in customer and loyalty analytics, leading large teams of analysts and data scientists. In his role as chief analytics officer, he will focus on helping retail customers better utilise the real-time data that Ecrebo has access to, to generate impactful consumer insights. Poyser will form part of the senior leadership team where he will have input into the overall running and strategic direction of the company.
