Global Infusion Group helps event workers scrub up

Global Infusion Group is set to serve all types of event this summer with its new mobile laundry service.

The much-travelled catering and event services provider knows that creature comforts are high on the priority list, making outdoor living a nightmare when on location for a period of time. The new team within its Mobile Event Laundry division is designed to come to comes to the rescue, – a haven of cleanliness amidst the cabins and tents, to ensure that clothes at least, are fresh and clean whilst on site.

The self-contained units house laundry equipment in the form of industrial washing machines and tumble dryers, steaming and ironing facilities along with a tuck shop selling all of the necessities often get left at home including shampoo, shaving foam and shower gel.

Mobile Event Laundry is already proving a hit. The Windsor Royal Diamond Jubilee Pageant, had Global Infusion Group onsite in the private grounds of Windsor Castle from 30th April to 15th May 2012. Over 500 production crew, 550 horses and more than 1000 Dancers, musicians, and performers from around the world came together each night of the pageant in a performance to pay tribute to 60 spectacular years of Her Majesty with Mobile Event Laundry there to lend a helping hand, keeping everyone sparkling!
