GMR promotes Dana Ernst to VP of HR and Staffing

Global experiential agency GMR Marketing promoted Dana Ernst to vice president of human resources and staffing. In her new role, Ernst will be responsible for driving the strategic direction for GMR’s global talent management, acquisition and staffing teams while partnering with agency leaders to align critical HR principles with business objectives.
Ernst will continue to lead the agency’s global staffing team of nearly 40 professionals, with a primary goal of building a workforce that creates a competitive advantage through recruiting, developing and retaining top talent.
Prior to joining GMR in 2012, Ernst worked at Baird for 11 years in the HR department, impacting the talent management and talent acquisition specialties. She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee in human resource management.
