Meet & Potato launch immersive brand experience for Mercedes-Benz Vans

Liverpool based, live events and communications agency, Meet & Potato launch a unique brand experience roadshow for Mercedes-Benz Vans after winning a competitive pitch.

Leveraging the power of industry-leading immersive technology to communicate the brand story, the tour begins at the Royal Highlands Show (June 20th-23rd) before visiting The Great Yorkshire Show (July 9th– 11th), Car-Fest North (July 26th– 28th) and Car-Fest South (August 23rd– 25th.)

The roadshow also features at a number of flagship dealerships and corporate events across the country.

A custom-build 16m double-expanding articulated trailer was designed to house a combination of exciting immersive tech experiences.This stunning mobile venue invites visitors to explore Mercedes-Benz Van’s vision for the future of mobility in three multi-sensory zones:

  1. Today – 360 Virtual Reality (VR) Experience

Visitors take a seat in a motion-controlled VR chair and join a series of business customers to see how Mercedes-Benz Vans keep them moving, while they keep their customers moving, every single day.

  1. Tomorrow – Augmented Reality (AR) Wall

Equipped with a hand-held tablet device and headphones, visitors embark on a journey of discovery. AR portals and trigger points reveal the exciting new range of Mercedes-Benz Vans Electric Drive vehicles and their integrated digital

system, Mercedes PRO connect– two innovative technologies that ensure Mercedes-Benz Vans get to their destinations faster, whilst supporting a greener and more efficient future.

  1. Future Vision – Mixed Reality (MR) Experience

Using Magic Leap Lightwear, one of the first to land in the UK, the experience offers visitors the opportunity to move around an augmented city-space featuring robots, drones and autonomous vehicles in Mercedes-Benz Vans vision for the future of mobility.
