Pop Up baby restaurant plays out successfully

Cow & Gate has launched Purée, the UK’s first ever exclusive eatery for babies, with the help of celeb mum Jenny Frost and her twin girls Blake and Nico.

Delivering silver-spoon service in a sensational setting, Purée has been designed with babies’ sight, sound, and taste in mind. Culminating in a truly memorable meal occasion, the restaurant, which is open excluviely for two days only, serves up tasty, top quality Cow & Gate meals in style.

The Atomic Kitten star flew in especially from Ibiza to launch the sell-out event, which celebrates the quality and provenance of Cow & Gate baby foods. But it wasn’t all work and no play, as Jenny and her girls had a chance to enjoy the sensory experience and top-quality nosh for themselves.

To enhance the experience off the plate, all little patrons enjoyed access to a VIB (Very Important Baby) soft play area, which incorporated bold black and white repetitive patterns with splashes of bright red to delight the sights. Inspired by of-the-moment establishments, like Soho House, the Purée soft play area serves as the perfect chill-out zone, as well as a stimulating place to mingle with others.

Cow & Gate’s resident pianist rounds off the all-immersive sensory experience with nursery rhyme renditions of all-time favourites, like Baa-Baa Black Sheep and Twinkle Twinkle Little Star, on the baby grand piano.

Jenny Frost says: “My girls and I had a fabulous day at Cow & Gate’s Purée and I was thrilled to be a part of it. Cow & Gate is a brand I trust; knowing they work with handpicked farmers and growers to source only the best quality ingredients for their foods makes feeding time a lot easier.”

Bruce Newman, Cow & Gate marketing manager, comments: “We’re thrilled to see so many mums and babies enjoying their experience at Puree. The quality and provenance of the Cow & Gate foods range is something we’re really proud of and Puree has been the perfect environment to showcase and celebrate our products. We’re seeing a lot of clean plates, which can never be a bad thing.”

The restaurant, created by Frank PR, based in the heart of central London, opened on Friday 15th November and Saturday 16th November.
