Purity opens in New York

Brand engagement agency, Purity, will officially open its New York office this month, in its first expansion outside the UK. The decision to move into the American market comes in response to the strong growth in international campaigns the agency are undertaking.

Purity New York will be headed up by business director, Baqer Keshwani (pictured – on right), and will work closely with the agency’s London and Bedfordshire based offices, as well as building its own US client portfolio.

Commenting on the rationale, Purity managing director, Rob Quinn (pictured – on left), said, “Having a US presence will provide an opportunity to grow new business and also extend our offering to existing clients who are increasingly looking to run international campaigns. Over the past 12 months we have supported on a number of cross-border projects for the likes of Samsung, Microsoft, Vodafone and Lego with further global initiatives in the pipeline.”

He continued, “Purity has grown strongly in the last few years and with the expansion of international business and the current buoyancy of the marketplace the timing is right for the agency to begin gaining a foothold in overseas markets. We already operate an established global network of affiliate agencies but this initiative represents a desire to actively take the Purity brand into the US market.”

The agency also enjoys a strong working relationships with US based experiential agencies and is currently in talks regarding a US inter-state tour and a major on-trade activation based in New York.

Quinn founded Purity in 2007 and following fast growth, the agency extended their offering with the launch of a specialist staffing division, Purity Staffing, in 2010.

They opened their London office in June 2013 and this spring launched Purity Select, a new division to recruit, train and manage premium hospitality staff, promotional models and event managers.
