Tribal Worldwide London strengthens senior team with two new hires

bradley-liles-2-1-1littleTribal Worldwide, London has announced the appointment of Andrew Liles to the role of director of technology, while Marie Bradley will head up business analysis – a brand new role and discipline within the agency.

Liles joins from DigitasLBi where he held various titles over the past 16 years, most recently leading the Helios programme to deliver 300+ country websites for Renault, Nissan & Infiniti as Global technical director. He has worked on a plethora of clients from industries ranging fashion eCommerce, banking, luxury goods, drinks and travel, while building products including reporting tools, media management tools and social media audience discovery.

Liles will be tasked with leading Tribal London’s 70 strong technical staff, overseeing tech work across all clients and growing the business to take on a more complex and deeper technical offering. He will have a heavy input in VW, the agency’s longest standing client.

Marie Bradley, former head of product development at QA Training Ltd, will be responsible for establishing business analysis as an intrinsic offering within digital transformation and change projects for Tribal’s clients. Further she has been tasked with integrating business analysis into existing project and programme processes and building a team who will work across all client engagements.

During her four years at QA Training Ltd Bradley managed all business systems related courses with a focus on business analysis, developing new, accredited courses in subjects such as agile business analysis and business architecture. Before joining QA Training LTD, Bradley was head of solution definition at Wunderman, responsible for managing and defining business analysis activities across Wunderman and Blue Hive for clients including Ford, Jaguar Land Rover and Nokia.
